Once again United Way Glenelg has provided Heywood Rural Health with several ‘Winter Care Packages’ to deliver to some of our more vulnerable clients.
Many older people face serious health problems, chronic diseases, isolation and loneliness. With the increase in gas, electricity and food prices, some of our financially stretched community members will be grateful to receive these ‘Winter Warmer Packages’ which couldn’t come at a better time with the bitterness of winter setting in.
Thank you United Way Glenelg for providing these much needed packages to reduce some of the stresses associated with winter and financial restraints.
